1. Introduction These Terms of Service govern your use of laserbydam.ie and the purchase of products from Laser by D.A.M., a business registered in Ireland. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products All our products are handcrafted to order in Ireland. Product images are representative; natural wood variations mean each piece is unique. We reserve the right to update product descriptions and pricing without notice.

3. Orders & Payment By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. We accept Credit/ Debit card, PayPal, Klarna.

4. Pricing All prices are displayed in Euro (€) and include VAT where applicable. For orders outside the EU, local duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Delivery Delivery times are estimates only. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or customs.

6. Returns & Refunds Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details of your rights and our returns process.

7. Intellectual Property All designs, images, and content on this website are the property of Laser by D.A.M. and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by Irish and EU law, Laser by D.A.M. shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website.

9. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts. EU customers may also use the ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
