Processing Time All our products are handcrafted to order in our workshop in Ireland. Please allow 7–10 business days for your order to be made and prepared for dispatch.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

• Ireland: Standard delivery 2–4 business days. Free shipping on orders over €50.
• United Kingdom: Standard delivery 3–7 business days.
• European Union: Standard delivery 5–10 business days. Duties and taxes are included in the price at checkout.
• Rest of World: Standard delivery 7–14 business days. Import duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Delays While we do our best to meet the above timeframes, delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, or busy periods such as Christmas.

Damaged or Lost Orders If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@laserbydam.ie within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
